Sanjeev Balamohan, MD
Sanjeev Balamohan, MD., was raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and joined the Ear, Nose, and Throat Center in 2018. He attended college and medical school at Indiana University where he was selected to membership in the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed internship and residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Florida. He joined the staff of Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in 2018.
Dr. Balamohan practices all aspects of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and has special expertise in surgical and medical treatment of sinus disease, treatment of head and neck tumors, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, treatment of voice disorders, treatment of allergies, and hearing disorders.
Dr. Balamohan is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
